Relationship coaching is a curriculum-guided coaching program lasting 10-12 sessions. What differentiates Relationship coaching from Performance coaching is that, while the client is encouraged to come to each session with a specific purpose and outcome, much of the content of the sessions comes from the workbook that contains the curriculum.

During this program, you can expect to:

  • Explore and increase your level of integrity
  • Understand what it means to be truly committed to an outcome
  • Examine trust in all areas of your relationships
  • Learn to create systems of self-care
  • Explore your true identity and who you authentically are
  • Improve your communication and listening skills
  • Discover ways to work through breakdowns in communication
  • Develop your level of gratitude
  • Implement celebration rituals or traditions with those you love

At the end of the program, you will also end up with a 140-page workbook filled with your notes, your “aha” moments, your reflections on your progress and many other things that will make it a cherished resource to be used over and over.
