Performance coaching is individual, one-on-one coaching where the client sets the agenda. In general, this is what you can expect from Performance Coaching:
- Client and coach co-create a coaching plan which specifies the outcomes to be created over an agreed-upon timeframe.
- Weekly or bi-weekly sessions usually by phone lasting 50-60 minutes each.
- The coach guides the client through an exploration of results created since the previous session with emphasis on learning and accountability.
- Coach and client explore new possibilities in the context of specific outcomes that the client desires to achieve.
- Co-creation of practices to support the client’s desired outcomes.
